Meet Arasta Harshoon
Head Chef and Founder
Arasta’s passion for cooking began in her childhood kitchen, learning the art of traditional Afghan dishes from her mother. Every recipe she serves has been shaped by those early lessons – rich in flavour, heritage, and care.
In 2015, she founded Arasta Kitchen in Riyadh, quickly earning a loyal following for its authentic Afghan flavours and warm hospitality.
Today, Arasta Kitchen continues that journey in Dubai, bringing you dishes that tell a story of tradition and hope. Each plate is crafted to give you more than a meal – it’s an experience to savour and a memory to share.
